Sports Clothing for Björn

Today I had a few minutes at work (not really, but I took a few minutes) and surfed online for Swedish sports clothes for Björn, and I quickly realized that Sweden is not a country where a lot of people order online (at least not for clothes) because I cannot find anything online for little kids as far as Hockey jerseys, Soccer shirts, etc. I was hoping to find a Team Sweden Hockey jersey for him to give as a Christmas gift ( I know, it is early, but cheaper to buy Winter clothes now), but I could not find anything other than for adults or older children. I know in the US you can buy almost anything for little kids, Hockey jerseys especially as parents will buy their favorite team's jersey for their little ones : - ) . I can buy a Djurgarden IF shirt for him, hehehehe, but that would just upset everyone I know from Sundsvall, but I can't seem to find a Timra IF or Sundsvall Hockey...or better yet, an Olympic Team Sweden like mine : -)

Oh well, I will keep searching in hopes of finding one before next Christmas...

Cuddle time

As Bjorn is getting older I look forward more and more to our cuddle time, especially the cuddle time on weekends when I can sleep in with Bjorn and Laura :- ) . He is growing so fast, I am sure it won't be much longer before he is too "old" to cuddle with his pappa : - ) .

Right now he is sleeping in Mamma Laura's lap as we're watching some singing contest on TV. He does enjoy listening to music as well, especially when bedtime comes around, we have a few CD's we play for him in the evenings, but we could use some more, especially some Swedish CD's, hint, hint Farmor och Farfar ; - )

2 Months!

Today, Björn is 2 months old exactly! He has grown so much since he was born, he is now 62cm tall and weighs about 7kg! He is a big boy, hehehe, but he is the cutest little boy we've ever seen! He is a lot more attentive and curious about sounds and sights, he loves his Humle/Nyckelpiga leksak that hangs above his changing table, Laura ordered another mobile for his crib that attaches to the side. He still likes his tummy time, but he has not rolled over in the last week, he mostly likes to watch the toy above him that plays music and moves. He smiles more often and even laughs at times, it is so funny to hear him laugh. He is changing so quickly, but we love every moment of it, and I can see now why people have more babies, hehehe, once they start to grow up, you want that baby stage again :- )

The Morning song

Laura started this tradition with Bjorn that she sings him the morning song when he first wakes up in the morning, and it is the absolutely cutest thing to watch! Bjorn will now intently watch her as she holds him and sings him the song, the song is the Happy Birthday song, but instead of "Happy Birthday to you", it is "Good morning to you", and she ends the song with Good Morning little Björn....

I know he loves it when his mamma sings him this song, I wonder if Laura keeps doing this as he gets older if he will remember it as he gets to be 5+ years old : - )

My favorite picture

Laura usually takes a lot of pictures of Björn during the days, and she will email me a few once in a while so I can see what he's up to during the day, the other day she sent me this picture of Björn smiling, which is now on my desktop at work, and by far, my favorite of him, is a picture of him smiling at Mamma Laura, every time I come back to my desk during workday, I see the picture of him when I log in and I smile really big myself :- )
